In a country with massive social and economic problems (understatement) where the legislature is trying to pass a law to kill anyone identifying as LGBT, these brave, brave people defied the bigots who wanted them dead or imprisoned. They stood up for human decency and human rights. Their courage and defiance warms my heart and inspires me.

I hope it inspires you too. Get out and do something. If they can show their defiance of a system far more inimical to what they are than ours will ever be, you, at least, can do something too. No more apathy. No more "I'll never make a difference, why should I vote." You have no excuse.

I still love you guys and I'm not ignoring you, I swear! Really! Life REALLY REALLY needs to quit eating me. So quickpost:

-Only thing that will be going up in the near future will probably be scans from notebooks and other low quality dross--it's been long enough that I have to teach myself how to draw again. Boo.
-Still in college, still playing with bugs. Yay.
-I have an actual job. Yay.
-I have ideas of stuff I want to draw, but see above. Boo/Yay?
-The local bus company has put a whole new sort of bus on the lines. They are nice and clean I am such a nerd I a) noticed this and b) am really happy about this. I spend too much time on the bus, I swear. Yay.
-I have not even started that costume. FAIL.
-The cat is ignoring me. On the plus side, no cat sleeping on my face. On the minus side, no cat. Boo.
-Anyone NOT seen Sherlock yet? It is made of pure awesome. That is all. Oh, and there's a new season of it this fall. VERY YAY.
-Same about the next season of Doctor Who. Yay again.
-I am the single most incompetent individual GLaDOs has ever tested. I dropped a camera on my head and died. Boo.
-Despite the above, Portal is awesome. Yay.
-Also Code Geass. This is beginning to read like a promotional page, isn't it? Sorry. Will stop, and talk about bugs.
-A huge beetle fell on my head. I mean HUGE. Two inches long. And then three more fell out of the sky, and one hissed at Mom when she picked it up. Yay. To me.
-I'm still not driving. Boo for me, yay for everyone else.
-We got the frogs out of the pool. Took a long time. Yay.
-I can make ice cream now. I think it's tasty. Not sure about everyone else.

Aaaand that turned out shorter than I expected. Whoops.

...I can dance and I can sing! I am not dead yet, I can do the highland fling!

On a more serious note, the reason that I haven't submitted anything in the last few months is that I've been absolutely swamped by college, which has turned out to be way more brain-eating than I ever imagined. In the best possible way, of course. This term should end in early June, though, and hopefully, I'll be able to go back to fangirling madly once I'm out of class.

In the meantime, I need to go back to studying for my lab practical. Byee!

I'm back! It looks like I've passed a few of my classes (hurrah!) and I finished my current novel, and learned how to play video games, and made new friends. And hit on them. It was an accident.

I hope to be getting some more art up on here soon, but first I have to draw it. I haven't drawn much all quarter. Alas.
